This is definitely the worst phone that I've ever purchased also. Bad quality in every way. Just purchased about 1 year ago from wal mart. I thought by buying this GE 5.8ghz that the name would speak for itself. NOT SO! If anyone is on the market for a new phone, do your homework and research it! Spend a little bit more. You get what you pay for.
