I have this item since 1 year ago and les...I have a problem with the thermostat, he had not 1 complete year.i call the company to Guelph Ontario, he gave to me a number to New-Liskeard for garanty.But when he called me, he told to me that he will receive this piece may be to 3 or 4 weeks.It's unacceptable, that a good company don't have a piece before this time.I would like to speak with the superior manager, why don't have a piece before this time.Excuse me, I speak anglish a little bit, where can i find this piece or can i call a dealer in québec, in french?
