The unit I purchased was manufactured in Sept 2003 and has already failed. When it worked, it seemed to work fine but was rather loud. The unit now just runs when the door is shut. Display still works but touch panel doesn't work. I just think that a unit that is less then 3 yrs old is junk if fails. Todays electronics are built cheap thanks to companies trying to make the most profit per unit. I would love to go back to the day that things are built with quality and will last. I still have things my Grandfather owned that still work. Those type of products I will spend the extra money on and I believe most Americans would too. Made in America with Pride is something we seldom pay for today.

Just purchased this R510HK microwave. Plugged it in and tried to cook. The noise and vibration from this oven was very loud and annoying. I made sure the oven was level, and it was. I un-plugged this oven and put it back in the box to return it to Best Buy. Very disappointing.
