I give this microwave a 'good' rating only because it seems to cook well and did a good job of defrosting bone-in chicken... but, there's a glitch in the timer so that when it gets down to one second, the timer clicks and skips back a number of seconds... depends on the original length of cooking. Also, the door is very flimsily constructed and the 'glass' in the front is thin flimsy plastic, making me wonder if my house is being bombarded wiht microwaves while it's running... I'd continue looking if you need a microwave... this one scares me a bit.
