I've had a PL12 for three years now and it's still working great even
though it's never been cleaned. My water is very hard, most coffee makers don't last this long even with quarterly vinegar treatments. It's
inexpensive and makes as good a cup of coffee as the high priced machines.
I haven't experienced any hot coffee pouring issues.
All in all... five stars.

DO NOT BUY THIS! This is a piece of garbage! Mr Coffee / Sunbeam HAD to
have tested the thing a couple times? You'd think they'd have been too
embarrassed to sell something that pours hot coffee outside the carafe!
