Mr. Coffee Iss13 died for no apparent reason after a few months -- threw away box and warranty several weeks ago. Rather light use -- 2 or 3 pots of coffee a week. Will not purchase another Mr. Coffee product.

The design on this is beautiful & simple. However the coffee maker took a complete dump after only about 2 months - an we've tossed the owner's manual & box so go figure. In reviewing other comments on this site it looks like there may be a manufacturer's defect.

Less than 1 month after purchasing and throwing away the box, the coffee pot completely stopped working, will not even turn on.

Have had 3 different ISS13 coffee makers and they all failed within a very short period of time. One quit working after 1 day.

Biggest thing for me, is that the warmer plate keeps coffee hot.
