We have had our Mr. Coffee FTX23 for approximately 4 months. On the average, 3 out of 10 pots of coffee brewed end up on the counter. There seems to be a problem with the spring in the brew basket working correctly. Also, the pause lever on the brew basket gets caught on the carafe (ours broke off today). This is not a product I'd recommend.
