First one lasted 5 days before it started gurgling and only making about 8 to 10 cups of coffee for a 12 cup batch. Took it back to the store and replaced with the same model - big mistake. The second one lasted about 3 weeks before it started doing the same thing. No more Mr Coffee's for me.
