We've just finished the most hellish installation of an appliance in our entire experience. We've finished with a warped outer cabinet with wood shims placed stratigically from the outside to keep the fan from binding and creating a clatter. The instructions are less than useless. But we finally have it running quietly. Now we will see if the high efficiency rating will save enough electricity to make the last miserable 3 hrs of our lives worth the effort!
