Very efficient AC, cools quickly and more importantly, quietly. My first experience owning a Freidrich and I have to say the hype seems to be warrented!I wish it had a lower 4th speed on this model, the Quietmaster does but the window I have is too small for that model. Also, it could be more attractive but as long as it cools so quickly and completely I do not really care.
