Reviewed by Henry Kloss Jr. on 10-26-2004 Klipsch offers the SF-2, a well built, well engineered floorstanding speaker. It is well suited for all music types and performs flawlessly at high volume levels as well as average volume levels. It is extremely wattage efficient and offers unbelievably accurate and natural sounding audio performance. It compares favorably with the likes of Ohm, Infinity, Athena, JBL and Polk. You can't go wrong choosing this speaker, especially at it's very reasonable price per pair. Rating:
Reviewed by Dave on 10-07-2004 The SF-2 is an awesome audio performer at a very reasonable price. It's just what you would expect from Klipsch in a "budget" series speaker. I auditioned it against JBL and Infinity floor standing speakers and the Klipsch SF-2 definitely had more natural and accurate audio performance. Do yourself a favor, audition speakers with no tone controls on at all; if the speaker sound good then, you know it's well engineered, and the SF-2 certainly is. Save yourself hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars and get the SF-2 speakers. Rating:
