I bought this subwoofer about a year ago for a bedroom setup And it was more then enough bass i have a 7.1 home theater set up in my bedroom and it was completed with the subwoofer. I was so amazed by the quality of the klh subwoofer for the low price i purchased 2 for my 5.1 setup in my living room and the 2 of them were able to replicate 1 expensive subwoofer but for much less $$$. I have heard about some melting issues with klh subwoofers where a battery acid like substence will pour from the amp and start a fire i tested this by putting 1 of the subs in my garage and playing it not stop with all diffrent types of bassey music and after 16 hours of non stop playing at 80% power there was no melting or any Dmg to the subwoofer of any sort but the back was very hot but not hot enough to cause any damage to anything. I am slowly upgradeing my HT setup from
mid range to pro and im going to keep the subs and i have seen what some of the sub's out there can do and its amazing but these 2 put together make the same effect specially if you are using these for a bedroom setup.
I Highly Recommend These To Anyone Lacking Some Bass In There System.
