The brushed- and anodized-aluminum, primary transducer columns each house a magnetically shielded 1" CMMD™ high-frequency transducer, 3-1/2" CMMD™ midrange and four 5-1/4" CMMD™ mid-bass drivers. Besides providing extreme rigidity and internal damping, the unique all-metal construction of the columns allows a narrow aspect ratio that helps eliminate diffraction.
