I replaced an old Bose passive sub with the Dual L12SW and am extremely pleased. I now have seamless clean low end response.

I've replaced my old Bose passive sub with this unit and am extremely happy with the switch. It's seamless low end response is awesome compared to what I was used to. You do have to be carefull with the units placement and adjustment of the crossover and phase controls. The only con I have for
this low priced sub is that my unit has a rear port rather than the front port as shown in the advertisements.
