Worked great for 6 years. Then one day didn't

After having the television for 2 years the board went bad and had to be replaced. The repair cost was $475. Eight months later the television is starting to shut itself off after being on for awhile. This is very disappointing considering that this television purchased new was over $2000 and is less than 3 years old.
