Reviewed by Valerie Roberts on 03-27-2008I needed a new battery and they don't make replacement batteries for this DVD player. It's only 2 years old! Furthermore, their customer service sucks. They don't respond to any of my emails or phone calls. I was actually transfered 5 times over 45 minutes on the phone. I will never by another RCA or Audiovox product. Rating:   Reviewed by Super Speed Boy's Mom on 12/01/2007 My DVD player is over two years old and the only problem I have was caused by my 3-year old dropping it on the floor numerous times which caused the screen to malfunction.. The battery seems to be fine. Rating: Reviewed by Ivor on 05-21-2006 Had a new one repalced at store and now the replacement has the same fault Batteries not receiving charge due to not being able to push the pin into the battery.
