Reviewed by Nancy S on 12-01-2004I have just returned my second one of these. Same problem as many. Screen goes blank. Happened with two of them. Not trying this product again. Rating: ![]() Reviewed by J Bradley on 10-12-2004 Returned this dvd player after only a couple of days. I experienced the following: After 15 minutes or so, the picture would go black and the sound would continue to play. After turning off the unit, unplugging and replugging and turning it back on, it would work for another 15-30 minutes. On the second day, it would just totally quit playing and require the same procedure to get it up and running again. Rating: ![]() Reviewed by Alan on 10-04-2004 I've seen quite a few negative reviews on this product and honestly would submit the same if I had similar technical issues. I've had mine for a few days, and have been on several flights with it, and it's been great (so far). The battery life is amazing, and overall quality is impressive for a $200 DVD player. Thumbs up! If not for that, the image was good and the bonus of having input capability was great for the price. Either I'm jinxed with electronic products or QC is just non-existent in these foreign products nowadays. This is just one of many devices that I've returned one day after purchasing (and even with more respectable brand names too). That's my gripe of the day. Rating: ![]()
