This thing is total junk! dont expect help from coby if you lose the instilation CD because there are no downloads for this mp3 player on their website. it wont let me put ANY type of file onto this thing and every time i try it freeze my computer. its so frustrating im going to smash it and write coby an angry email promising to never buy one of their junk products again. ...this website says that this product is plug and play. ... it isnt. its more like plug and pray. I strongly, STRONGLY suggest you do not buy this or any coby product. Both due to the complete lack of quality of the mp-c543 AND the lack of support for their products on their website. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS PRODUCT!
