This TV was recently purchased about 3-4 months ago. It has some nice features, including 5-6 different inputs. Also, unit worked well with HDTV; crystal clear color and sharp images. However, just the other day, the picture started to fade out to black. After disconnecting all input
devices and following the troubleshooting guide, the unit still remains non-functional. There is supposed to be a 50000 hour lamp life, but true lamp life may be CONSIDERABLY less than that. Purchase with caution.
