The HT-C800DP has failed within 3 months of purchase, on contacting Sony online they informed that it needs to be serviced and I thought it was
working fine thats why I contacted them??? This is sadly a true event and Sony has failed me statistically in the past they have a better average but in this case no. I informed them out of no where HT-C800DP turned on and went into a protect mode with no warning etc. I rate this poor if it is a faulting fuse or whatever and Sony needs to step it up alot and remember the customer!!!
