Reviewed by Jim West on 02-21-2004 For the price, you get more than what you would expect. The Philips LX3750W kicks the pants off my Sony which cost twice as much. The sound is crisp and you can easily submerge yourself into the movie. As for the radio with a varied choice of sound i.e. Jazz, Classical, Rock...it's most enjoyable. The LX3750W saves ripping up carpets or skirting boards by use of a nifty little wire free transmitter, although you still need to attach the rear speakers to the transmitter. There are also audio inputs and outputs to add maybe a midi disc or phono. Rating:
