Out of the box mine has audio level problem. When its first turned on the volume at MAX will be about normal to low, then within 20 seconds it drops to nothing. I called customer service and got the same old story, it needs reset. I went through the reset procedure until I got tired of pulling the
power plug. I still have the same problem so its now in the box ready to be taken back to SEARS.
This is a cheap made piece junk. I would rate it at -1.
PS....also have the noisy fan as others have noted.
