I received this home theatre system for Christmas (2007). Used it maybe 3 times, and now when the DVD is put in, the main screen on the television just rolls. I have contacted Koss, and they can't help me but told me to contact Koss Electronics USA and gave me the phone number. Well, I get a hold of another part of Koss and they give me another number, just to find out that Koss Electronics is no longer. Anyone know how to reset this system? The code numbers that I was given don't work. I cannot find a reset button on the system.
