All its features seem to be working fairly well, except for the Dual Cassette Recorder: BOTH decks (A and B) apparently do not take-up the tape, and the tape gets tangled up (and gets jammed) in the capstan/pinch roller ??? I welcome any suggestions, and if the company provides repair services, please let me know.

I THINK IT IS A GREAT SYSTEM I AM A YOUNG BOY AND TO ME IT IS GREAT I REALLY LIKE THAT YOU CAN PROGRAM YOUR OWEN SONGS TO PLAY AND GREAT SOUND BUT IT DOES NOT OFFER THINGS LIKE SUBMORPHERS AND MORE SPEAKERS BUT BESIDES THAT IT IS GREAT
