Reviewed by John Regan on 10-29-2007 My nephew recieved CR78CD as gift from his mom. It worked a short time then quit. I am a qualified tech and have worked for over 35 years in electronics in both design engineer and tech repair capacity but Crosley refuses to let out any service data to allow me to fix this thing. Not even a simple schematic to aid its repair. That is pretty darn cheap way to treat customers. In my opinion the components I CAN see inside are CHEAP. This is overpriced at any price given how quickly it died once warranty expired. Manufacturer wants monopoly on repairing it too. My advice - buy some other brand. Rating:
