Reviewed by g sheridan on 05-18-2008 This is perhaps the worst piece of junk EVER. Echoing the earlier complaint, it has tremendous trouble loading even the cleanest DVDs and if it can't load it, it won't open at all. Even after getting it fixed it still won't read a single DVD we own. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Rating:
Reviewed by suzanne slone on 01-17-2008 recordability was good, however, we have had ours for about 2 years now, we don't overuse it either and we always have problems with it not releasing the dvd, it will say no disc, when there's one in there. Then it won't release it. Also it won't open at all, you have to hit open twenty times, then turn it off, and wait & wait & wait!!! Sony products in my opinion have gone downhill! Rating:
