I have had so much bad luck with Sungale products, first an 8208 that has been fried by their own upgrade disk, replacements that 'died' and a return battle that took so long that they had discontinued the 8208 by the
third time I'd sent it back.
Enter the 8500.
Now so far it looks ok. Looks because I cannot play any PAL disks because the stupid replacement they sent me is not multi-zone! What good is having
a player that plays PAL disks if it won't play them from other countries???
So it's back to the misnamed customer service department and trying ONCE AGAIN to get a GD DVD player that really works the way it is advertised to!

I want to ask some questions of Sungale DVD8500.
Does DVD8500 have up/down pitch (key) control buttons on the remote
control?
How many steps of the pitch control of DVD8500? 16 steps or 32 steps ?
On the market, I found that, some company sell Sungale DVD8500 without the
pitch control. Does Sungale DVD8500 have two different rivisions?

Poor setup instructions. No instructions for all three TV models I have.
