This has to be the worst dvd player I've ever seen. This player randomly freezes for 1-3 seconds through out a movie, even on brand new disks! Other problems include the drive occasionally won't open, sometimes the player will completely choke and stop playing a movie 2/3 thru or it doesn't recognize a disk the first 3 times you open and close the drive but suddenly on the forth time it's happy to play it. Save your money, time and return headaches. Buy a player NOT made by Memorex.
