Overall I also like this DVD player except for one thing. I cannot play DVD backups of my movie collection. I use an LG GSA 4163B DVD writer and I have tried an 16X Verbatim DVD+R, a 8X TDK DVD-R and a 4X Sansui DVD-RW - none of them work with this Kenwood DVF-3080 but they work well with say a Whafedale DVD player. I'm tempted to replace it with another DVD...Any ideas or suggested DVD media...
