After playing around 3 DVD's in this machine it has decided that it doesn't like to work anymore. The VCR is OK. The DVD stinks! I am still trying to find a fix for the problem which is - When you put a DVD in the unit it comes back and displays the message "bad disc". Try any DVD you have; it will give the same result!
