And I have a broken drive belt as well,.... brand new,....

Received our DVD320 for XMAS 2005, normal operation observed until February 2006 when disk tray failed to open. Troubleshooting visual inspection found tray drive belt (small black rubberband) broken. Unable to find replacement anywhere easily in Las Vegas. Cyberhome email instructions to send in for repair when only a belt, easily replaceable, is needed for operational repair.They said that a "belt" was unavailable locally and they had none to ship. CIS Technology INC. (manufacturer) Taipei,has no serviceable website (under construction). I call this lousy customer service or support.
