I bought this as a second DVD player and the resolution is horrible!! It does not play in color!! Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be wrong. Am I hooking it up right? Please, any assistance will be appreciated. I have a Sony 61" HDTV and a Sony surrond system, but, when I insert a disc, it tells me there is no disc! And there is!!! So, I bought this one at a discount store and it did not come with directions, but...if you anyone knows how to "fix" this I would be grateful.
