By far the best sub I have ever purchased. I've had the kicker L7 15s, they blew up or bottomed out at bass competitions. But these, I have 3 of them 2 07 models and one 08 model. 2 BAMF4000/1D amps for the 07 models and an Power Acoustik 2400/1D for the 08 model. I had to go from a 5 farad cap to a 30 farad cap, added 2 redtop batteries in the trunk along with one up front. 4 0 gauge power wires and a subwoofer crossover, all added up to = a constant flow on any song over 160 db, yes I have to wear ear plugs. All my amps are about 1/3 gain so I can still crank it up, subs are in a 11.5 cu ft. box with a 5 inch by 18 inch port. Throw a piece of paper in the port and watch it shred to confetty in seconds. I dont recommend getting more than one of these subs due to my already poor hearing. The price is great and I gaurentee you will be 100% satisfied with this sub. I have run my system next to a SOLO X 18, 2 MA Audio Hardkore 15s, a 13 inch W7, 4 Alpine Type R s and even 2 P3 15s, none even came close on fidelity and overall hit you in the chest bass. I'm trying to find someone with a MTX Jackhammer so I can see how they hold up with the monster.

This is with out a doubt the best spl subwoofer for the price. Sound
quality is of course sacrificed but thats to be expected with a 15 inch subwoofer. I highly recomend this subwoofer to anyone who wants to enter a competition on a budget. I have one in a 4 cubic foot enclouser with 2 4" ports with a 1000 watts from a Sony amp hooked up to it and it hits almost
150 dB, easily more with a bigger amp. I have mine in a 93 extended cab Toyota pickup 4x4. I would give this speaker a 11 out of 10. I would compare this to speakers that cost several hundred dollars more.
I stronlgley recomend this to everyone. (Be careful if you put to much power into it, it won't blow but your windows will blow right out no joke.)
