Get the Kenwood KDC-MP522 CD receiver and bring your MP3 discs! It will play MP3 files on CD-R or CD-RW and displays MP3 text (ID3 tags). It also has selectable red or green button illumination. The large, multicolor dot-matrix display highlights the fold-down face, for an exciting addition to your dash. Shape the sound contour with the six preset tone curves of System Q Sound Control. Select one of the three Mobile Preset settings to optimize the System Q curves for the speakers in your car. If you frequently switch between CD and radio, source tone memory lets you assign a different System Q setting to each source (CD, AM, and FM), so you only have to adjust it once. Kenwood's powerful built-in amp (22-watts RMS/50 peak x 4) will pump up your tunes for full-bodied sound. If you want even more impact, front and rear preamp outputs give you the ability to add more juice with external amps. The rear preamp outputs are switchable to subwoofer mode, complete with a low-pass filter. You also get CD changer controls, which can be converted to an auxiliary input with an optional adapter. Add the Kenwood SIRIUS tuner and listen to SIRIUS Satellite radio's 100 channels of music, news, sports, and entertainment.
