Bought it brand new. Every CD comes up "DISK ERROR". Tried reset and went online with Jensen. They said send it in. I said tell me what's wrong. They said send it in. CD's play after 30 minutes of warmup. Won't play in cold. I have 5 Jensen speakers in my vehicle. Never again.

I just got this and it's great but the only thing is.........is that it's frickin' great
