I installed one of these in a friend's car.
It fried itself after one week.
We returned it for the same model thinking it was a fluke.
That one fried after one week.
We threw this junk on a shelf in the garage and put in a cheap Pioneer system. The pioneer outlived the car and is now in her new car.
I think that this system was a cheap pos and only sold well because DUAL is a good brandname. I'm surprised that they allowed their name to be put on such a cheap stereo.
I'm pretty sure that these are all the same, cheap. The thing has a KNOB for tuning stations for $HI7S sake. What is this 1984?
I recommend NOT buying this Particular stereo.
