I have problems in a road jump and the cd skip .....please send or public a solution for this problem

It skips perfectly goos CD's all of the time, and also when I hit a bump in the road. I would like to know why.

The user's manual that comes in the box is not very good. There are no real instructions on how to program it in the manual. Other than that it's a very good bargain, and very stylish.
