The detachable faceplate features an easy-to-read blue LCD with backlit white characters and a volume meter. The Source Level Adjuster ends those annoying volume jumps when switching between sources (AM, FM, CD, and auxiliary). The CDC-X237 plays CD-Rs and CD-RWs, so bring along your home-recorded discs.
