Reviewed by David Wilkins on 02-04-2005 I first purchased a Marantz receiver back in 1973. Model 4240, Quadraphonic with SQ and CD4 decoders. I now own the SR7400, Surround receiver. Though I don't believe the SR7400 is as good looking as the 4240, the quality of craftsmanship and features are second to none. I would recommend this unit to any person looking for an affordable surround receiver with high end features. Rating:
