Crown CE2000
The CE 2000 stereo power amplifier has been designed and built for professional use, engineered and manufactured by the same team that built the Macro-Tech and K Series amplifiers. Rather than make a cheap amplifier and hang all sorts of semiprofessional features on it, the focus was on providing powerful, reliable performance. The front panel of the CE 2000 has detented level controls, function indicators and a rear mounted fan assists with cooling. The amplifier is protected against shorted, open or mismatched loads, over-loaded power supplies and excessive temperature. Additional protection is provided against chain destruction phenomena, input overload damage and high frequency blowups. It also protects loudspeakers from input/ output DC, large or dangerous DC offsets and turn on/turn off transients.
